Summary

Machine-generated summary

The buyer is seeking a qualified external pathology provider to perform reporting of all histological, cytological and, where applicable, molecular pathology examinations for its hospital network. The provider must work closely with the clinical departments, deliver prompt, high-quality and electronic transmission of findings, take part in tumour conferences, maintain clear communication structures and offer specialist consultation on equal terms. The aim is to strengthen diagnostic quality and ensure modern, patient-centred care across the clinic group. Billing follows defined GOÄ codes for histology, cytology and cytogenetics, plus molecular marker panels for breast, gastrointestinal and haematological tumours. New markers or methods are to be priced by mutual agreement and must not exceed GOÄ/EBM rates at 1.0 times; contract changes follow § 132 GWB.
