Die Wirtschaftsförderung Land Brandenburg GmbH (WFBB) beabsichtigt Rahmenverträge in zwei Losen zu vergeben: Los 1 - Standbau von Gemeinschaftsständen auf internationalen Messen Los 2 - Einlagerung von Bestandsmessemedien Die WFBB plant die Durchführung von Gemeinschaftsständen für das Land Brandenburg und die Hauptstadtregion für den Ausschreibungszeitraum ab September 2026 für max. vier Jahre. Für diesen Zeitraum sind pro Jahr Gemeinschaftsstände auf jeweils fünf bis sieben Messen in Deutschland und im europäischen Ausland (im Folgenden "D-EU" genannt) geplant. Während der max. Vertragslaufzeit von vier Jahren handelt es sich voraussichtlich um insgesamt 26 Projekte. In der Vertragslaufzeit sind folgende Messen angedacht - sie sind noch nicht alle final bestätigt und daher momentan nur als vorläufig zu betrachten: - Achema | Frankfurt am Main (2027 & 2030) - GIFA | Düsseldorf (2027) - Hannover Messe (2027, 2028, 2029 & 2030) - HLTH Europe | Amsterdam, Niederlande (2027, 2028, 2029 & 2030) - ILA Berlin (2028 & 2030) - InnoTrans | Berlin (2028 & 2030) - Semicon Europa | München (2027, 2028, 2029 & 2030) - The smarter E Europe | München (2027, 2028, 2029 & 2030) - transport logistic | München (2027 & 2029) Die Gesamtfläche beträgt bei diesen europäischen Messen jeweils zwischen ca. 80m² und 700m² und unterteilt sich in einen Infrastrukturbereich (ca. 40m² bis 100m²) sowie die Flächen der Mitaussteller (ca. 40m² bis 600m²). Zudem sind Gemeinschaftsstände im außereuropäischen Ausland (im Folgenden "WELT" genannt) geplant, die Standorte und die Anzahl stehen derzeit noch nicht fest. Momentan wird von einer außereuropäischen Messe pro Jahr ausgegangen - nach derzeitigem Stand handelt es sich um die jährlich stattfindende InterBattery in Seoul. Die Standgröße beträgt hier voraussichtlich zwischen ca. 80 und 100 m².; "Einlagerung von Bestandsmessemedien" beinhaltet die Einlagerung von Messemedien, die Vermietung von Messemedien, den Transport, Auf- und Abbau bei Events in Brandenburg und Berlin sowie die Nachproduktion für den Austausch/Ersatz von Motiven
