Description

Gegenstand des Auftrags ist die Beauftragung einer Eventagentur als Generaldienstleister für die Konzeption, Planung, Organisation, Koordination und Durchführung des Bürgerfestes zum Tag der Deutschen Einheit 2028 in Nürnberg. Die Auftragnehmerin bzw. der Auftragnehmer unterstützt den Freistaat Bayern bei der Entwicklung des Veranstaltungskonzepts, der Projektsteuerung, der Flächen- und Infrastrukturplanung, der Ausstellerkoordination, der Besucherkommunikation sowie der organisatorischen Umsetzung des Bürgerfestes. Die Leistungen umfassen insbesondere die Koordination sämtlicher Projektbeteiligter sowie die Integration der durch Dritte erbrachten Leistungen in die Gesamtveranstaltung.
