Description

Die Dortmunder DEW21-Museumsnacht ist eine Marketingveranstaltung des Geschäftsbereiches Museen der Kulturbetriebe der Stadt Dortmund. Die Veranstaltung findet regelmäßig, einmal jährlich, am vorletzten Samstag im September statt. Die DEW21 Museumsnacht gehört zu den größten Kulturveranstaltungen Dortmunds und der Region. Sie findet seit 2001 und somit 2026 bereits zum 26. Mal statt. Veranstalter der DEW21-Museumsnacht ist der Geschäftsbereich Museen. Der Geschäftsbereich Museen gehört zu den Kulturbetrieben der Stadt Dortmund. Das Unternehmen DEW21 fungiert als namensgebender Hauptsponsor der Veranstaltung. Alle teilnehmenden Spielstätten führen ihr Programm im Rahmen der Veranstaltung eigenverantwortlich und auf eigene Kosten durch. Der Geschäftsbereich Museen finanziert alle zentralen organisatorischen Kosten (bspw. Ticketing), das Veranstaltungsmarketing und ggf. im Rahmen der Veranstaltung außerhalb der Spielstätten stattfindendes und von diesen nicht finanziertes Programm. Der Geschäftsbereich Museen tritt hierbei entsprechend bei allen für die Veranstaltung finanzierten Leistungen als Auftraggeber auf. Wir suchen eine Full-Service-Agentur, die federführend die Konzeption, zentrale Organisation, Planung und Durchführung der Veranstaltung für die Veranstaltungstermine in den Jahren 2027-2029 übernimmt.
