Description

Gefordert wird ein Navigationssystem für spinal-chirurgische und kranial-chirurgische Eingriffe gemäß den technischen Anforderungen und den Kriterien des Leistungsverzeichnisses. Der Auftragnehmer muss die erfolgreiche Bereitstellung, Einführung sowie den Betrieb des Auftragsgegenstandes im Rahmen des vorgegebenen Zeitplans und des verbindlichen Angebotspreises gewährleisten und übernimmt die Planung, Steuerung und Koordinierung des Projektes innerhalb seines Verantwortungsbereiches. Vorhandene Geräte und Systeme müssen mit passenden Schnittstellen in den Auftragsgegenstand integriert werden. Durch den Auftraggeber ist die Abstimmung und Koordination mit den jeweiligen Herstellern zu erbringen. Darüber hinaus soll das vorhandene Bestandssystem in Zahlung gegeben werden. Die Beschaffung erfolgt als Verhandlungsverfahren ohne Teilnahmewettbewerb. Die Vergabestelle hat eine Markterforschung durchgeführt, welche ergab, dass nur ein Anbieter die für den konkreten Einsatz erforderlichen technischen Merkmale mit seinem Gerät anbieten kann. Aus technischen Gründen besteht daher vorliegend kein Wettbewerb.
