Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrages über die Erbringung von Subunternehmerleistungen der öffentlichen Personenbeförderung im Buslinienverkehr im Gebiet der Stadt Trier. Der Rahmenvertrag regelt die Bedingungen, zu denen während seiner Laufzeit einzelne Leistungsabrufe durch den Auftraggeber gegenüber einem oder mehreren Auftragnehmern erfolgen können. Die Leistungen sind auf vier Lose aufgeteilt. Der Auftragnehmer hat zur Leistungserbringung eigene Busse einzusetzen. Die dem Rahmenvertrag zugrundeliegenden Leistungen haben ein Volumen von rund 843.000 Fahrplankilometern auf den Linien im Verkehrsgebiet der Stadt Trier pro Jahr. Die Fahrplankilometer teilen sich wie folgt auf: Los A: 6 Solobusse, ca. 166.000 Fahrplan-km/Jahr Los B: 6 Gelenkbusse, ca. 223.000 Fahrplan-km/Jahr Los C: 6 Gelenkbusse, ca. 232.000 Fahrplan-km/Jahr Los D: 6 Gelenkbusse, ca. 222.000 Fahrplan-km/Jahr Jedes Los beinhaltet 2 Ganztagesumläufe (Einsatz von Montag bis Freitag sowie am Wochenende) und 4 Einsatzwagen (Einsatz von Montag bis Freitag) Die Laufzeit der Lose A und B beträgt 5 Jahre (01.12.2026 bis 30.11.2031) und der Lose C und D 10 Jahre (01.12.2026 bis 30.11.2036) 1 Ganztagesumlauf (Mo-So) 1 Ganztagesumlauf (Mo-Sa) 2 Einsatzwagen (Mo-Fr) 2 Einsatzwagen (Mo-Fr, nur an Schultagen); 2 Ganztagesumläufe (Mo-So) 2 Einsatzwagen (Mo-Fr) 2 Einsatzwagen (Mo-Fr, nur an Schultagen)
