The contract covers the operation of public rail passenger transport (regional rail services) on lines RE 10 (Duesseldorf - Kleve) and RB 37 (Neuss - Geldern) in Germany. Services start in December 2028 for RE 10 and June 2029 for RB 37, ending in December 2038. The volume is about 2.7 million train kilometres per year once all lines operate. The buyers are ZV VRR FaIn-EB in Gelsenkirchen and EBINFA-NWL in Unna, which also provide the required BEMU vehicles.
