Description

Berichtigung einer Veröffentlichung nach Artikel 7 Absatz 2 der Verordnung (EG) 1370/2007 des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates vom 23.10.2007 (siehe Abschnitt 2.1.4) über die beabsichtigte Vergabe der folgenden Leistungen: Betrieb eines Regionalverkehrs vom 10.12.2028 bis 14.12.2030 im Umfang von voraussichtlich rund 4,3 Mio. Zugkilometern pro Jahr (in Bayern: ca. 4,1 Mio. Zkm/a, in Hessen: ca. 0,2 Mio. Zkm/a) auf voraussichtlich folgenden Strecken: RE 10 Würzburg - Kitzingen - Neustadt (Aisch) - Nürnberg, RB 53 Flieden - Jossa - Gemünden - Würzburg - Schweinfurt - Bamberg, RB 79 Aschaffenburg - Gemünden - Würzburg, RB 80 Würzburg - Marktbreit. Die Leistungen auf den oben genannten Strecken sind im derzeit laufenden Verkehrsdurchführungsvertrag „E-Netz Mainfranken“ mit der DB Regio AG bis Dezember 2028 fixiert und wurden für den Zeitraum ab Dezember 2030 im Rahmen des offenen Vergabeverfahrens „Regionalverkehr Mainfranken“ neu vergeben. Daher ist für die Leistungen auf o.g. Strecken ein Übergangsvertrag von zwei Jahren erforderlich. Da nach Kenntnis der Auftraggeber nur die DB Regio AG über geeignete Gebrauchtfahrzeuge in ausreichender Anzahl und Kapazität verfügt, kommt, insbesondere auch angesichts der kurzen Vertragslaufzeit nur die DB Regio AG für die Erbringung der Leistungen in Frage. Die BEG beabsichtigt daher gemeinsam mit dem RMV, die Leistungen auf den o. g. Strecken für den Zeitraum von Dezember 2028 bis Dezember 2030 im Wege einer Direktvergabe an die DB Regio AG, Richelstraße 3, 80634 München zu vergeben. Entgegen den Angaben in der vom 17.08.2026 berichtigten Vorinformation gemäß Artikel 7 Absatz 2 Satz 3 der Verordnung(EG) 1370/2007 des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates vom 23.10.2007 beabsichtigen die Auftraggeber nunmehr, diesen Übergangsvertrag doch im Wege einer Direktvergabe an die DB Regio AG, Richelstraße 3, 80634 München zu vergeben.
