Es handelt sich um ein Gründerzentrum mit Mieträumen für Existenzgründer. Gebäude: Die Außenmaße des Rohbaus sind 30,4 m x 30,4 m. Die Außenmaße der Tiefgarage sind 30,4 m x 60,0 m. Der Neubau gliedert sich in 7 Etagen, eine Tiefgarage mit 6 Obergeschossen. Die Höhe des Gebäudes oberhalb der Tiefgaragendecke beträgt 27,00 m. Die Nutzungen bedingen die variierenden Geschosshöhen von 3,60 - 4,35 m. Die Höhe der Tiefgarage beträgt 4,20 m. Das ausgeschriebene Los umfasst die Herstellung unterschiedlicher Bodenbeschichtungs- und Oberflächenschutzsysteme entsprechend den jeweiligen Nutzungsanforderungen.
