Bodenbeschichtungsarbeiten Die Deutsche Biomasseforschungszentrum gGmbH (DBFZ) plant den Neubau der Forschungshalle Pilot-SBG auf einer derzeit unbebauten Fläche an der Torgauer Straße. Das Areal des DBFZ liegt in Leipzig, Ortsteil Paunsdorf. Umfang der Leistung: ca. 150 m Risstränkung, Epoxidharz ca. 50 m Kraftschlüssige Rissinjektion, Epoxidharz ca. 1300 m² Betonunterlage vorbereiten ca. 460 m Dreieckskehle aus EP-Mörtel, 3 x 3 cm ca. 270 m² Betonkanten fasen, 2 cm ca. 210 m² Vorbehandlung für staubbindende Beschichtung ca. 14 St Reprofilieren Fehlstellen, zementgebundener Mörtel ca. 180 m² Beschichtung WHG, Boden und Seiten Entwässerungsrinne ca. 400 m² Beschichtung Hallenboden Aufstellfläche Technik, s = 2,5 mm, OS8 ca. 400 m² Beschichtung Hallenboden Staplerverkehr, mit Hartkornschicht, s = 3 mm, OS8 ca. 200 m² Mehraufwand Kratzspachtelung aus Epoxidharz ca. 193 m² Beschichtung Bodenflächen, s = 0,5 mm, R11 ca. 8 St Anschließen der Beschichtung an Bodenablauf, mit Dichtflansch und Rost ca. 60 St Anschließen der Bodenbeschichtung an Einbauteile ohne Dichtflansch ca. 12 St Reprofilieren Schadstellen, zementgebundener Mörtel, Oberseite Bodenplatte ca. 30 St Schadstelle in Bodenbeschichtung ausbessern ca. 65 m Verfugung mit elastischem Fugenfüllstoff PU ca. 115 m Fahrbahnmarkierung, b min. 5 cm, gelb, reflektierend, R12
