Technische Gase Die Deutsche Biomasseforschungszentrum gGmbH (DBFZ) plant den Neubau der Forschungshalle Pilot-SBG auf einer derzeit unbebauten Fläche an der Torgauer Straße. Das Areal des DBFZ liegt in Leipzig, Ortsteil Paunsdorf. Art der Leistung: ·Installationen Technischer Gase im Gebäude und in den Außenanlagen Umfang der Leistung: · ca. 1.650 m Rohrleitung Stahl niro geschweißt AD 10 bis AD 60,3 für technische Gase im Gebäude, Betriebsdrücke von 0,5 bar bis 200 bar · ca. 1.030 m Rohrleitung PE-Xa AD 32 bis AD 63 für Biogas in den Außenanlagen, Betriebsdrücke von 0,5 bar bis 2,0 bar · ca. 215 m Rohrleitung PE100 SDR11 AD 35 für Druckluft in den Außenanlagen, Betriebsdruck 10 bar · ca. 510 m Rohrleitung Stahl niro geschweißt AD 12 bis AD 18 für technische Gase in den Außenanlagen, Betriebsdrücke von 10 bar bis 200 bar · ca. 1.100 Stück Prüfung Schweißnähte im Gebäude, Höhe Rohrleitung 3,5 m bis 11,5 m über Standfläche des hierfür erforderlichen Gerüstes · 1 Stück Gassicherheitsmanagementsystem für die Steuerung und Überwachung des Gasflaschenwechsels und der Notversorgung aus dem Gas-Hochdrucknetz (Flaschenbündel) in das Gas-Mitteldrucknetz einschließlich Verkabelung der Sensoren und Aktoren sowie Programmierarbeiten · Erstellung einer Sicherheitssteuermatrix unter Berücksichtigung der Steuermatrix der Bestandsgebäude · ca. 670 kg Profilstahlkonstruktionen · 32 Wo Hubarbeitsbühne, selbstfahrend · 16 Wo Gerüst, fahrbar.
