The contracting authority MVV is procuring two lots of mobile emergency power generators. Lot 1 covers a state-of-the-art mobile 670 kVA generator set with fully automatic integrated load management, protecting against damage in low-load operation by switching load resistors on or off in 1 kW steps, a hydraulic manoeuvring system for better mobility, suitability for use in water protection areas, and operation modes including automatic grid-parallel, island, station energisation and island-parallel operation in combination with existing MVV generators controlled by ComAp Intellivision. Lot 2 covers an equivalent mobile 200 kVA generator with the same load management, water protection area suitability and operation modes integrated with the existing MVV fleet.
