VE-BA1-12 Gebäudeautomation (KG 480) Der Flughafen Frankfurt plant im Terminal 1 die komplette räumliche Umstrukturierung des Bereiches der hohen Halle B Mitte mit den angrenzenden Shoppingbereichen "Avenue" und "Boulevard". Das Projekt "Ganzheitliche Betrachtung Halle B-Mitte" ist ursprünglich als Projekt zur Brandschutzsanierung und Tragwerkssanierung gestartet und hat sich nach Abschluss der Vorentwurfsplanungen durch die Möglichkeiten, die sich in dem Bereich baulich ergeben sowie und durch neue Anforderungen der Auftraggeberin zu einem Projekt der kompletten Umgestaltung der Halle B Mitte und der angrenzenden Bereiche Boulevard und Avenue entwickelt. Der Projektbereich erstreckt sich auf die Ebenen E02, E03 und E04 im Terminal 1, Gebäude 203 des Frankfurter Flughafens und umfasst ca. 16.000m² Fläche. Zentral in der Mitte befindet sich in Ebene 02 ein hoher Hallenbereich (Halle B Mitte) mit einer Bar. Östlich und westlich davon sind jeweils eine Shopping Mall mit Konzessionärsflächen verortet (Avenue und Boulevard). In der Ebene 03 in östlicher Richtung befinden sich die Einreise, Konzessionärsflächen, Sozialräume sowie Transitbereiche. Der Umbau findet unter laufendem Betrieb des Terminals statt. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Errichtung neuer GA-Schaltanlagen für HKLS, Entrauchung und BMA-GA-Steuerung, inkl. Verkabelung, Installation, Programmierung, Inbetriebnahme und Wartung. Im Rahmen der Baumaßnahme erfolgen Demontage- und Montagearbeiten vom Gewerk Gebäudeautomation im Bereich der neu gestalteten Flächen und im Bestand. Zur Ausführung kommen ca. : Errichtung 18 neue ASP´s nach Fraport Lastenheft mit 38Stk. Schaltschrankfelder Steuerung und Automationsstationen mit: ca. 4368 phys. Datenpunkte ca. 1751 komm. Datenpunkte ca. 186 motor. Brandschutzklappen über ASi-Bus-System ca. 133 ERK/NSK über ASI-Bus-System ca. 300 Fühler und Stellglieder (Feldgeräte) ca. 145.000m Kabel und Leitungen AV (ohne Funktionserhalt) ca. 20.000m Kabel und Leitungen SV (mit Funktionserhalt) ca. 1.285Stk. elektrische Anschlüsse beidseitig Auf Grundlage der Erneuerung der Brandmeldezentrale und der Anforderungen aus den Planungsgrundlagen und Lastenhefte des AG´s. Wird eine neue Zentrale BMA-GA-Übergabe errichtet, die die Signale der BMA üder GA gem. Brandfallsteuermatrix (BFSM) im Objekt verteilt. Die BFSM enthällt: 86 Detektionsbereiche (DTB´s) 77 Anbindungen Koppler Bestand für Interim-Ansteuerung 49 Ansteuerungen ERB/Entrauchungsbereiche ca. 45 Konzessionär/Mieterabschaltungen Es werden folgende ASP´s neu errichtet: - BMA-GA-Übergabe mir 3 Schaltschrankfelder zum Signalaustausch BMA-GA - 1x FWT (FEIS-Räume) - 13 LWL-Verteiler zur Signal Weitergabe gem. Planungshandbuch Brandfolgesteuerung - ca. 2.000m LWL-Ring Geplanter Ausführungsbeginn: 2. Quartal 2027 Geplantes Ausführungsende: 3. Quartal 2033
