Description

Gegenstand der zu vergebenden Leistung ist die Lieferung von medizinischen Verbrauchsmaterialien an die AMD-Zentren im Bundesgebiet und die Erbringung von damit verbundenen Dienstleistungen. Diese umfassen im Einzelnen: - die Einrichtung oder Bereitstellung einer Online-Plattform des Auftragnehmers, über die die medizinischen Verbrauchsartikel durch berechtigte Personen je Zentrum abgerufen werden können; - die Lieferung der abgerufenen Artikel an eine beim Abruf angegebene Lieferstelle; - die Erstellung einer Rechnung mit eindeutigem Bezug zur Lieferstelle; - die Bereitstellung eines Reports je Lieferstelle/Zentrum pro Kalenderjahr im Excel-Format auf Anforderung des Auftraggebers. Die weiteren Einzelheiten sind der Leistungsbeschreibung (Anlage 06) zu entnehmen. Es ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung i.S.d. § 21 VgV geplant. Die Rahmenvereinbarung beginnt mit Zuschlagserteilung und hat zunächst eine Laufzeit von zwei Jahren. Erfolgt keine Kündigung verlängert sich die Rahmenvereinbarung zweimal um jeweils ein Jahr bis zu einer Höchstdauer von vier Jahren.
