Description

Ziel dieser Ausschreibung ist die Beschaffung einer modernen, leistungsfähigen und langfristig betreibbaren LAN-Infrastruktur für den Access-Bereich einschließlich aller hierfür erforderlichen Hardware-, Software-, Lizenz-, Support- und Implementierungsleistungen. Die bestehende LAN-Infrastruktur der KZV Nordrhein basiert auf einer historisch gewachsenen Netzwerkarchitektur. Ein erheblicher Teil der eingesetzten Access-Switch-Infrastruktur nähert sich dem Ende ihres wirtschaftlichen beziehungsweise technischen Lebenszyklus. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung, Implementierung und Inbetriebnahme einer vollständig betriebsbereiten LAN-Infrastruktur einschließlich aller hierfür erforderlichen Komponenten und Dienstleistungen. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst insbesondere: - Lieferung sämtlicher aktiver Netzwerkkomponenten gemäß den Anforderungen dieser Leistungsbeschreibung. - Lieferung sämtlicher erforderlicher Lizenzen, Softwarekomponenten sowie Hersteller-Subskriptionen. - Lieferung aller erforderlichen Transceiver, Verbindungskomponenten und Zubehörteile. - Erstellung der Detailplanung für die Migration. - Projektmanagement einschließlich Transition Management. - Implementierung der Gesamtlösung im laufenden Betrieb. - Durchführung der Inbetriebnahme einschließlich Funktions- und Abnahmetests. - Erstellung der vollständigen Betriebs- und Projektdokumentation. - Durchführung von Administratorenschulungen und Know-how-Transfer. - Bereitstellung der vereinbarten Wartungs-, Support- und Serviceleistungen über den ausgeschriebenen Leistungszeitraum. Die bestehende Core- und Distribution-Infrastruktur bleibt grundsätzlich Bestandteil der zukünftigen Netzwerkarchitektur und ist in die angebotene Gesamtlösung zu integrieren. Die bestehende WLAN-Infrastruktur ist grundsätzlich weiter zu betreiben. Soweit durch den Bieter eine Migration auf eine einheitliche Herstellerplattform empfohlen wird, sind entsprechende Konzepte und optionale Leistungen gesondert darzustellen.
