Summary

Machine-generated summary

Technische Universität Dresden intends to conclude a framework agreement for the supply of active HPE/Aruba network components for expanding its WLAN network. The open procedure also includes discounted switch hardware for Hochschule Mittweida and Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Dresden. The framework agreement runs for 48 months, with TU Dresden as contracting party; further eligible Saxon universities are named in the framework contract and place orders independently. The estimated requirement is around EUR 15.3 million net at current manufacturer list prices, including a 20 percent safety margin, and the maximum framework value is set at EUR 31 million net. The agreement creates no obligation to place individual orders and no entitlement to specific quantities.
