Innenausbau, TGA und Dachbegrünung - Stellung des Holzbaus auf bauseits vorhandene Bodenplatte mit allen notwendigen Anschlüssen - alle 3 Geschosse sind identisch - Grundraster 2,50m x 7,50m - Geschosshöhe von max. 3,43m - BGF= ca. 2.400m², BRI= ca. 9.000m³ - Nutzung: Erweiterungsschulbau mit Unterrichtsräumen - Nachhaltigkeits-Zertifizierung (DGNB-Gold / QNG-Plus)
