Bei dem hier vorliegenden offenen Verfahren gem. VgV handelt es sich um einen Rahmenvertrag zur Beschaffung von Büromöbeln für die Stadt Wolfenbüttel. Die Stadt Wolfenbüttel ist bestrebt ihren über 1.000 Beschäftigten in unterschiedlichsten Berufsfeldern - von der IT über den Hochbau bis hin zur Kita - stets eine anforderungsgerechte, moderne Arbeitsplatzausstattung bereitzustellen. Hierzu gehören auch die Büromöbel. Bei dem hier vorliegenden offenen Verfahren gem. VgV handelt es sich daher um einen Rahmenvertrag zur Beschaffung von Büromöbeln für die Stadt Wolfenbüttel. Bestandteil dieser Ausschreibung sind auch Stühle jeglicher Art (Büro-, Besprechungs- und Besucherstühle), welche aktuell bei der Stadt Wolfenbüttel genutzt werden. Der Aufbau der Möbel in den entsprechenden Räumlichkeiten in einen nutzungsbereiten Zustand seitens des Bieters wird vorausgesetzt. Die Räumlichkeiten liegen in den verschiedenen Liegenschaften der Stadtverwaltung, verteilt in Wolfenbüttel. Die Anlieferung und der dazugehörige Aufbau in einen nutzungsbereiten Zustand erfolgt daher am jeweiligen Nutzungsort dezentral.
