Description

Lieferung und Montage von Möbeln im Zuge des Neubaus Pflegezentrum Überlingen Der Neubau des Pflegezentrums umfasst 113 Pflegeplätzen, 15 Tagespflegeplätzen, Produktionsküche und einem Multifunktions- und Aufenthaltsbereich mit Cafeteria. Das Gebäude wird als 5-geschossiger Baukörper ohne Unterkellerung errichtet. Gegenstand des Verfahrens ist die Erstausstattung des Pflegezentrums mit Möbeln. Die Lieferung/Montage der losen und festen Möblierung kann erst nach Abnahme und Übergabe des Gebäudes an den Auftraggeber erfolgen (voraussichtlich ab Ende Juli 2026). Die Lieferung und Montage haben nach Vorankündigung in einem Zeitraum von 20 Kalendertagen zu erfolgen. Die Vorankündigung des Auftraggebers erfolgt gegenüber dem Auftragnehmer 12 Werktage vor der geforderten Lieferung/Montage. Im Weiteren wird auf die Vergabeunterlagen verwiesen.
