Im Leistungsumfang enthalten sind insbesondere: - Dokumentation & Schadenskartierung je Fenster: 21 Elemente - Erstellung eines Restaurierungskonzepts inkl. Abstimmung mit LVR-ADR - Musterfläche / Musterfenster - Restaurierung von Holzfenstern (Sprossenfenster, Rundbogenfenster, Okuli) 14 Elemente - Restaurierung von Gusseisenfenstern inkl. Profilergänzungen: 7 Elemente - Glasarbeiten mit Restaurationsglas - Neuverkittung mit Leinölkitt - Beschichtungen mit Leinöl-/Standölfarbsystem - Ergänzung bzw. Austausch historischer Bankeisen - Wiedereinbau restaurierter Fenster - vollständige Entlackung (Mehrpreis) - Die Arbeiten erfolgen teilweise unter Beachtung der TRGS 519, 505 und 524 aufgrund nachgewiesener PCB, asbest- und bleihaltiger Bestandsmaterialien. - statische/windlasttechnische Nachweise zu Befestigungspunkten einzelner großformatiger Fenster
