Description

Die Ruhr Universität Bochum KöR hat in der Ausschreibung mit der Bekanntmachungsnummer 844021-2025 mit Zuschlag auf das Erstangebot im Los II Erdgas beschafft. Insoweit wurde nicht verhandelt (§ 17 Abs. 11 VgV). Das Verfahren im Übrigen (Lose I und III) dauert zum Zeitpunkt der Versendung dieser Bekanntmachung noch an. Zur Abdeckung des Bedarfs an Erdgas für SLP und RLM-Abnahmestellen hat die Ruhr Universität Bochum KöR (Auftraggeberin) für den Zeitraum vom 01.01.2027 bis 01.01.2030 mit einmaliger Verlängerungsoption um ein weiteres Jahr einen neuen Erdgasliefervertrag mit einem Lieferanten (Auftragnehmer) abgeschlossen.
