Schlosserarbeiten (Fassadenelemente, Geländer und Handläufe, Ausstattung außen) für den Umbau und die Sanierung des Klosterhofs in Waldbrunn Die nachfolgend beschriebenen Arbeiten umfassen folgende Schlosserarbeiten: Fassadenelemente - Drei zweiflügelige Scheunenschiebetore mit Laufschienen und Lärchenholzfüllung - Sonnenschutzlamellen-Elemente aus L-Winkelrahmen mit Füllungen aus Lärche-Latten - Stangentürgriffe aus Flachstahl mit Holz-Griffbelägen Geländer und Handläufe - Brüstungs-, Treppengeländer und Handläufe, grundiert und lackiert - Treppengeländer außen an Amtshof (Nebengebäude), feuerverzinkt, pulverbeschichtet Ausstattung außen Lieferung und Einbau von - Briefkastenanlage aus 3 Briefkästen - Bücherrückgabekasten für Bücherei Die Montage ist mit allen dazu notwendigen Anschlusselementen und Verbindungsmitteln zu kalkulieren, auch wenn diese nicht vollständig und nur pauschal genannt wurden. Der Auftragnehmer hat den Untergrund und die baulichen Voraussetzungen eigenverantwortlich zu prüfen. Bestehen Bedenken gegen die im Leistungsverzeichnis aufgeführten Arbeitsschritte und Vorgaben, so sind diese unverzüglich schriftlich mitzuteilen. (siehe VOB, Teil B).
