Modernisierung des ehemaligen Bowlingzentrums zum Naturkundemuseum Leipzig, VE 326 -Oberlicht Osthalle-Pfosten-Riegel-Konstruktion In Leipzig ist im Stadtteil Mitte der Umbau und Erweiterung des ehemaligen Bowlingtreffs vorgesehen. Bauherr ist die Stadt Leipzig. Es handelt sich insgesamt um 3 leerstehende Gebäudeteile, welche zum Großteil unterirdisch verortet sind. Lediglich der achteckige Verwaltungsbau ist oberirdisch angeordnet. Bei dem Bauwerk handelt es sich um ein aus den 1920er Jahren errichtetes unterirdisches Umspannwerk, welches in den 1980er Jahren zu einem Bowlingtreff umgenutzt wurde. 1997 wurde das Gebäudeensemble geschlossen und steht seitdem leer. Die Stadt Leipzig beabsichtigt den Umbau des ehemaligen Bowlingtreffs zum "Naturkundemuseum Leipzig, Museum für Naturkunde und Biodiversität". Das Bauvorhaben befindet sich südlich der Leipziger Innenstadt und des Innenstadtrings an der nördlichen Grenze des Wilhelm-Leuschner-Platzes. Das Geländeniveau ist weitgehend eben und bewegt sich bei ca. 116,5 m ü. NHN. Das Grundstück bestehend aus den Flurstücken Nr. 3754, 1207 und 4016/3 und hat in seiner Gesamtheit einen polygonalen Zuschnitt. Die Außenanlagen sind und werden frei zugängig und dienen als öffentliche Freifläche. Art und Umfang der Maßnahme: Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Metallbau- und Verglasungsarbeiten. Die Leistung umfasst die Herstellung, die Lieferung und die Montage von: • Stahl Pfosten-Riegel- Oberlichtkonstruktion mit Nachströmelementen • Stahlkonsolen • Verblechungen
