Description

Die BARMER, eine der führenden gesetzlichen Krankenkassen in Deutschland, führt unter der Bezeichnung "Sanierung Campus Wuppertal" eine umfassende Sanierung ihrer Hauptverwaltungsgebäude in Wuppertal durch. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Vergabeeinheit (VE) 321 Schlosser/ Metalltüren. Gegenstand des zu vergebenden Auftrags ist der Einbau von 190 ein- und zweiflügeligen Stahlblechtüren inklusive Zargen sowie von 53 ein- und zweiflügeligen Alu-Glas-Rohrrahmentüren inklusive Zargen, jeweils in unterschiedlichen Abmessungen mit und ohne Brandschutz. Diverse Türen werden mit folgenden zusätzlichen Komponenten ausgestattet: a) Zutrittskontrolle mit und ohne Videoüberwachung, b) Klingeltaster, c) Magnetkontakte, d) Antipanikschloss, e) Elektronische Öffnung (Motorsteuerung), f) Türstopper, g) OTS mit und ohne elektronische Feststellung. Weiter umfasst der Auftrag 5 Feuerschutzvorhänge in unterschiedlichen Größen inkl. aller notwendigen Bedienelemente wie Handtaster, Feststellanlage etc. Die Ansteuerung und Verkabelung sind hier mit inbegriffen. Schließlich sind Stahltreppen ein- und zweiläufig sowie eine Spindeltreppe Bestandteil der Ausschreibung. Alle Treppen werden mit entsprechenden Handläufen bzw. Geländern ausgestattet. Die Leistungen sind im Zeitraum vom 04.05.2026 bis zum 29.01.2027 auszuführen.
