489-3695-001 Metallbauarbeiten 3, Stahlblechtüren Als Teil des Neubaus eines beruflichen Schulzentrums in Pfarrkirchen wird ein viergeschossiges Schulgebäude aus Stahlbeton als Stützen-Platten-Konstruktion und vier Werksattgebäude in monolithischer Bauweise aus Stahlbeton benötigt. Die Werkstattgebäude sind in Teilflächen eingeschossig und in Teilflächen dreigeschossig. Die Gebäude werden in Hanglage eingebaut. Die Baugrube ist bereits ausgehoben und Verbauarbeiten ausgeführt. Stützen sind in Ortbeton vorgesehen, Wände in Ortbeton, im Fassadenbereich sind teils Brüstungen aus Halbfertigteilen zwischen Stützen über einzelne Betonierabschnitte vorgesehen. Bei dem Schulgebäude werden in Teilbereichen vorgehängte Stahlbeton- Fertigteil-Fassadenelemente und Blechelemente als Verkleidung aufgebracht. Die Bodenplatten des Schulbereiches und der Werkstattgebäude sind derzeit fertiggestellt. Ein ebenfalls auf dem Baugrund vorgesehenes und in der Ausführung teils gleichzeitig stattfindendes Logistikgebäude wurde bereits im Rohbau fertiggestellt. Art und Umfang der Leistung dieser Vergabe (im Wesentlichen): A) Stahlblechtüren: - 1-flg. Stahlblechtür mit Umfassungszarge B 1,01-1,26 m; H 2,135-2,385 m - ca. 81 St - 1-flg. Stahlblechtür mit feststehendem Seitenteil mit Umfassungszarge B 1,885 m; H 2,385 m - ca. 4 St - 2-flg. Stahlblechtür mit Umfassungszarge B 1,51-2,50 m; H 2,135-2,385 m - ca. 51 St - 2-flg. Stahlblechtür mit Blockzarge B 2,45-2,50 m; H 2,135 m - ca. 5 St B) Installationsschachttüren: - 1-flg. flächenbündige Stahlblechschachtüren in Installationsschächten T90, B 0,885 m H 1,01 m - ca. 7 St C) Innenfenster: - Stahlblechinnenfenster als Festverglasung mit Umfassungszarge B 0,20-2,30 m; H 1,00-1,26 m - ca. 34 St - Wie zuvor, jedoch als Öffnungsflügel - 1 St D) Rauchschutzvorhänge: - Rauchschutzvorhang EW30 BxH: ca. 4,00 x 2,50 m - 1 St - Rauchschutzvorhang EW90 BxH: ca. 4,15 x 3,78 m - 1 St E) Rollladen: - Vorwandrollladen aus gedämmten Stahllamellen, BxH: ca. 4,15 x 1,40 m - 2 St F) Briefkastenanlage und Stelen: - Briefkastenanlage mit Klingelfeld, 2-fach, in Edelstahl freistehend BxTxH: ca. 0,60 x 0,16 x 2,00 m - 1 St - Medien-Stele in Edelstahl freistehend, BxTxH: ca. 0,15 x 0,15 x 1,40 m - 2 St G) Tore: - Rolltor mit gedämmten Stahllamellen, BxH: ca. 5,00 x 3,00 m - 1 St - Schwingtor als Geräteraumtor (Schwingflügel BxH: ca. 2,02 x 2,35 m) mit 3-seitiger Verkleidung aus Echtholzfurnier BxH: ca. 5,00 x 3,00 m - 1 St
