Description

Metallbauarbeiten (DIN 18 360); Die Maschinenbauhallen Stadtmitte wurden 1955-56 zusammen mit dem Institutsgebäude entlang der Magdalenenstraße in Darmstadt als Stahlkonstruktion errichtet. Geplant ist eine Umnutzung und Sanierung der denkmalgeschützten Hallenanlage. Dabei sind die vorhandenen Raumstrukturen der neuen Nutzung anzupassen und die Dachflächen sowie die Fassaden konstruktiv und energetisch zu sanieren. Inhalt der Ausschreibung ist die Herstellung und Montage neuer wärmegedämmter Hallentore mit Schlupftüren und Lüftungsöffnungen, einschließlich aller Einbauteile wie Schlösser, Drehtürantreibe, Schließkontakte etc. Grobmassen: Hallentore 4 Stück Hallentore 2-flgl., Gehflügel mit Schlupftür, Sandflügel mit Lüftungsöffnungen aus Fensterelementen B/H ca. 3,12/3,18 m 4 Stück Hallentore 4-flgl. Mit Oberlicht, Lüftungsflügel aus Fensterelementen im Oberlicht B/H ca. 3,12/3,18 m 1 Stück Hallentor 3-flgl. B/H ca. 2,36/2,21 m 4 Stück Drehtürantriebe mit Steuerung und Sicherheitskomponenten 3 Stück Motorschlösser mit Steuerung 4 Stück Rollgitterroste, 2-tlgl. B/H ca. 3,10/1,50 m
