Gegenstand des Auftrags sind Metallbau-, Verglasungs- und Sonnenschutzarbeiten im Rahmen des Umbaus und der energetischen Sanierung der Gesamtschule Rosenhöhe in Bielefeld, einschließlich der Lieferung und Montage von Aluminium-Fenster- und Türelementen sowie zugehöriger Nebenleistungen. Die Beshaffung umfasst die Lieferung, Montage und Funktionsinbetriebnahme von hochwärmegedämmten Aluminium-Fenster-und Türelementen an Innenhof- und Außenfassaden der Gesamtschule Rosenhöhe. Der Leistungsumfang beinhaltet Fenster- und Türelemente mit 3-fach-Wärmeschutzverglasung, Festfelder, Kipp- und mechatronische Lüftungsflügel, Absturzsicherungen, Wetterschutz- und Sonnenschutzelemente sowie erforderliche Unterkonstruktionen, Beschläge, Antriebe, Elektro- und Nebenleistungen. Die Ausführung erfolgt maßgenau im Bestand gemäß den statischen, bauphysikalischen und sicherheitstechnischen Anforderungen sowie den Vorgaben der VOB, DIN-Normen und Planunterlagen.
