Dazu gehört, die Metropole Ruhr fortwährend weiterzuentwickeln sowie das Image des Wirtschaftsstandortes als leistungsstarke und innovative Region national und international zu fördern. Konzeption, Erstellung und Vermietung eines Messestandes mit einer Grundfläche von 747,5 m2 für den Gemeinschaftsauftritt des Ruhrgebiets - vertreten durch 11 kreisfreie Städte und 2 Kreise sowie die Business Metropole Ruhr GmbH (BMR) als federführende und projektverantwortliche regionale Institution - auf der Expo Real, der internationalen Gewerbeimmobilienmesse in den Jahren 2027 - 2029 mit der Option der Verlängerung um ein weiteres Jahr in München.
