Description

Gegenstand des Auftrags ist die losweise Lieferung, Installation, Integration und Inbetriebnahme von Softwarelösungen für die Strahlentherapie am St. Elisabethen-Klinikum Ravensburg, einem Standort der Oberschwabenklinik gGmbH. Los 1 umfasst ein SGRT-System (Surface Guided Radiation Therapy) einschließlich aller erforderlichen Softwarekomponenten zur Patientenpositionierung und -überwachung sowie der Integration in die bestehende IT- und LINAC-Infrastruktur. Los 2 umfasst die Therapieplanungssoftware (Treatment Planning System, TPS) zur Bestrahlungsplanung für Photonen und Elektronen, einschließlich Installation, Datenmigration aus dem Bestandssystem, Schulung des Bedienpersonals und Wartung/Support. Beide Lose werden im Rahmen eines Verhandlungsverfahrens mit Teilnahmewettbewerb vergeben. Die Bieter können sich auf ein oder beide Lose bewerben. Die Auftragsausführung erfolgt während des laufenden klinischen Betriebs. Gegenstand dieses Loses ist die Lieferung, Installation, Integration und Inbetriebnahme eines Systems zur oberflächengeführten Strahlentherapie (Surface Guided Radiation Therapy, SGRT) einschließlich aller erforderlichen Software- und Hardwarekomponenten zur Patientenpositionierung und -überwachung. Die Leistung umfasst die vollständige Anbindung an die bestehende Linearbeschleuniger- und IT-Infrastruktur des Klinikums, die Schulung des Bedienpersonals sowie Wartung und Support über den vorgesehenen Zeitraum.; Beschafft wird ein Therapieplanungssystem (TPS) für die Strahlentherapie der Oberschwabenklinik gGmbH. Das System soll die Planung photonengeführter Bestrahlungen mit den vorhandenen Linearbeschleunigern ermöglichen und dabei alle relevanten klinischen Workflows (3D-CRT, IMRT, VMAT) unterstützen. Es wird eine vollständige Integration in die bestehende IT- und PACS-Umgebung erwartet, einschließlich Schnittstellen zu R&V-System, DICOM-RT und Archivsystem. Bestandteil der Leistung sind Lieferung, Installation, Inbetriebnahme, Validierung, Schulung des Fachpersonals und Wartung.
