Description
Zur Auswertung von Sequenzierdaten im Rahmen der diagnostischen Gesamtgenomsequenzierung (WGS) im Labor für Molekulargenetische Diagnostik am Institut für Humangenetik wird eine bioinformatische Auswertungssoftware verwendet. Die Nutzung dieser Software soll in ein neues Vertragswerk überführt werden.
Das neue Vertragswerk zur Nutzung der bestehenden Software umfasst die Module "Varvis Platform for Whole Genome" und "Varvis Platform for NGS Panels" des Herstellers "Limbus Medical Technologies GmbH".
