Aufruf zum Wettbewerb nach § 127 Abs. 1 SGB V Die AOK Bremen/Bremerhaven beabsichtigt einen Vertrag gemäß § 127 Abs. 1 SGB V über die Versorgung ihrer Versicherten mit Hilfsmitteln der Produktgruppe 30 zu schließen. Interessierte Leistungserbringer können die Vertragsunterlagen per E-Mail bei folgender Email-Adresse anfordern: hilfsmittelvertraege@hb.aok.de. Für fachliche Fragen zu den Vertragsunterlagen wenden Sie sich ebenfalls an: hilfsmittelvertraege@hb.aok.de. Angebote sind der AOK Bremen/Bremerhaven bis zum 09.03.2026 an die vorgenannte E-Mail-Adresse unter Angabe des Betreffs "Versorgung mit Hilfsmitteln der Produktgruppe 30 - Versorgung mit Systemen zur kontinuierlichen interstitiellen Glukosemessung (CGM)" zu richten. Es handelt sich nicht um eine Ausschlussfrist. Die Möglichkeit ein Angebot einzureichen besteht für Sie jederzeit. Fragen zu der Bekanntmachung stellen Sie bitte ebenfalls per Mail an die o.g. Email-Adresse unter Angabe des Betreffs "Versorgung mit Hilfsmitteln der Produktgruppe 30 - Versorgung mit Systemen zur kontinuierlichen interstitiellen Glukosemessung (CGM)". Auch bei Nichtteilnahme an den Verhandlungen besteht im Anschluss an die Verhandlungen nach heutigem Rechtsstand die Möglichkeit eines Beitrittes nach § 127 Abs. 2 SGB V zu einem Vertrag.
