Die hkk Krankenkasse beabsichtigt den Abschluss eines Vertrages nach § 127 Absatz 1 SGB V über die Versorgung mit medizinischen Hilfsmitteln der Produktgruppen 20 (Lagerungshilfen), 22 (Mobilitätshilfen), 26 (Sitzhilfen), 28 (Stehhilfen) inkl. der damit zusammenhängenden Dienstleistungen. Der Vertrag umfasst die Versorgung mit Lagerungshilfen, Mobilitätshilfen, Sitzhilfen und Stehhilfen inkl. der für die Versorgung erforderlichen und damit im Zusammenhang stehenden Dienst- und Serviceleistungen. Hierzu zählen insbesondere Beratung, Lieferung und Einweisung in die sachgerechte Handhabung, ggf. erforderliche Reparaturen und Instandsetzungen. Bezüglich der Beschaffenheit der Produkte und Dienstleistungen wird auf das Hilfsmittelverzeichnis nach § 139 SGB V verwiesen. Als Grundlage dient der Vertragsentwurf der hkk Krankenkasse. Den entsprechenden Vertragsentwurf finden Sie unter https://www.hkk.de/vertragsentwurf_pg_20_22_26_28 zur Einsicht. Sofern Sie Interesse an Vertragsverhandlungen haben und die Voraussetzungen nach § 126 Absatz 1 SGB V erfüllen, senden Sie Ihr Angebot sowie Anmerkungen möglichst bis zum 10. Februar 2026 an hilfsmittelmanagement@hkk.de. Nach Ablauf dieser Frist sind weiterhin Verhandlungen möglich, wenn Sie ein Angebot einreichen. Ein Vertragsschluss begründet keinen Anspruch auf eine bestimmte Anzahl von Versorgungen oder einen bestimmten Auftragswert. Nach einem Vertragsschluss werden die Vertragsunterlagen im Vertragsmanager der Firma medicomp (https://www.mip-ekv.de/KSV/MSM/modules/Vertraege/index.php?KT=HKK) zum Beitritt zur Verfügung gestellt. Ein Beitritt zum Vertrag nach § 127 Absatz 2 SGB V ist grundsätzlich jederzeit während der gesamten Vertragsdauer zu den gleichen Bedingungen möglich.
