Description

Das Universitätsklinikum Bonn (UKB) setzt als Maximalversorger, für eine bestmögliche stationäre Patientenversorgung, auf neue und innovative Medizintechnik und -produkte. Die Klinik für Orthopädie und Unfallchirurgie plant die Neubeschaffung eines integrierten Navigationssystems einschließlich intraoperativer 3D-Bildgebung und robotischer Navigationsunterstützung für Eingriffe an der gesamten Wirbelsäule sowie am Becken. Ziel ist die strukturelle und technologische Weiterentwicklung der navigierten und robotisch assistierten orthopädisch-unfallchirurgischen Chirurgie am Universitätsklinikum Bonn. Die intraoperative Navigation ist bei komplexen Wirbelsäuleneingriffen bereits heute etablierter Standard. Die präoperative Planung erfolgt anhand radiologischer CT-Datensätze, welche intraoperativ mit dem Patienten referenziert und navigiert werden. Die aktuell verfügbare intraoperative Bildgebung über einen IsoC3D-Bildwandler weist jedoch eine begrenzte Auflösung auf und ist insbesondere bei Eingriffen im kraniocervicalen Übergang, bei ausgeprägten Deformitäten wie komplexen Skoliosen sowie bei adipösen Patientinnen und Patienten technisch limitiert. Dies beeinträchtigt die Bildqualität und damit die Navigationspräzision in hochkomplexen Situationen. Geplant ist daher die Anschaffung eines zweiten vollständigen Navigationssystems einschließlich Planungssoftware, kombiniert mit der mobilen intraoperativen 2D-/3D-Bildgebung sowie der robotischen Navigationsunterstützung. Die Integration von hochauflösender intraoperativer Bildgebung, Echtzeit-Navigation und robotisch geführter Instrumentenpositionierung ermöglicht eine signifikante Verbesserung der Präzision bei der Implantatplatzierung und trägt zur Erhöhung der Patientensicherheit bei. Der Umfang des Auftragsvolumens ist in den Vergabeunterlagen dargestellt.
