Beschafft wurden die Lieferung, Installation, Abnahme, betriebsfertige Übergabe eines robotischen Assistenzsystems einschließlich Zubehör, Hardware/Software und Bedienkonsole sowie einer vollständigen deutschsprachigen Dokumentation, einschließlich Benutzerhandbuch, Wartungsanleitungen, Softwarebeschreibung und sicherheitsrelevanter Informationen (gedruckt und digital) sowie der Erstschulung des OP-Personals. Darüber hinaus sollte ein Wartungs- und Servicevertrag angeboten werden, der die Wartung sowie den technischen und klinischen Support umfasst.
