Die AOK Hessen beabsichtigt eine Vereinbarung gemäß § 127 Abs. 2 SGB V über die Versorgung mit Hilfsmitteln zur Dekubitus-Therapie und Statischen Positionierungshilfen (PG 11) abzuschließen. Die Beschaffenheit der Produkte und Dienstleistungen kann der Produktbeschreibung des Hilfsmittelverzeichnisses gemäß § 139 SGB V entnommen werden. Die AOK Hessen ist bereit mit jedem Interessierten und nach § 126 Abs. 1 Satz 2 SGB V präqualifizierten Leistungserbringer Vertragsverhandlungen zu führen. Die Vereinbarung beinhaltet keinen Anspruch auf die Durchführung einer bestimmten Anzahl von Versorgungen der gesetzlich Versicherten bzw. keine bestimmte Abgabemenge. Rechtsgrundlage: Richtlinie 2014/24/EU
