Die Freie und Hansestadt Hamburg (FHH) - Behörde für Justiz und Verbraucherschutz beabsichtigt im Auftrag der Behörde für Inneres und Sport, Landeskriminalamt als Auftraggeber (AG) den Abschluss eines Vertrages über die Erbringung molekulargenetischer Analysen an Mundschleimhautabstrichen, Blutproben sowie komplexen kriminaltechnischen Spurenträgern. Die Analysen dienen der Strafverfolgung sowie Gefahrenabwehr. Der AG sucht einen zuverlässigen, akkreditierten Dienstleister, der eine extrem hohe Bearbeitungsqualität, Kontaminationsfreiheit und die strikte Einhaltung von Eil-Fristen garantiert. Der Auftrag umfasst die logistische Abholung/Entgegennahme, die molekulargenetische Aufbereitung, die DNA-Extraktion, die Quantifizierung, die PCR-Amplifikation sowie die STR-Typisierung inklusive gutachterlicher Bewertung und elektronischer Befundübermittlung. Es handelt sich um einen Gesamtauftrag. Die Rahmenvereinbarung wird für den Zeitraum von einem Jahr vom 01.10.2026 bis zum 30.09.2027 geschlossen mit jährlicher Verlängerungsoption um je ein weiteres Jahr bis zu einer maximalen Laufzeit von vier Jahren (30.09.2030).
