Description

Für die grundhafte Sanierung der Stadtkirche Sankt Marien wird als Los 3 die Restauratorische Fachplanung ausgeschrieben. Ungeachtet bereits durchgeführter Instandsetzungsarbeiten an der Stadtkirche Meiningen besteht weiterhin ein erheblicher Sanierungsbedarf. Insbesondere die Natursteinfassaden, Dach- und Tragwerkskonstruktionen sowie die historischen Bleiverglasungen weisen alters- und witterungsbedingte Schäden auf, die eine umfas-sende und aufeinander abgestimmte Sanierungsplanung erforderlich machen. Vor diesem Hintergrund soll die Stadtkirche unter Berücksichtigung denkmalpflegerischer, konstruk-tiver, restauratorischer und wirtschaftlicher Anforderungen nachhaltig instand gesetzt und für ihre zukünftige Nutzung langfristig gesichert werden. Ziel ist eine abschnittsweise umsetzbare Ge-samtsanierung unter größtmöglichem Erhalt der historischen Bausubstanz. Zur Durchführung der Planungsleistungen werden im Rahmen dieses Vergabeverfahrens folgende Fachlose vergeben: Los 1 - Objektplanung Gebäude gemäß §§ 33 ff. HOAI Los 2 - Fachplanung Tragwerksplanung gemäß §§ 49 ff. HOAI Los 3 - Restauratorische Fachplanung
