Kauf und Lieferung eine Ultrasensitiven Massenspektrometers für Einzelzellproteomik und Gesamtproteomanalyse Es soll ein neues Massenspektrometer mit gekoppelter Flüssigchromatographie (LC-MS) angeschafft werden, welches sensitiv und schnell genug ist, um Proteomanalysen von Einzelzellen (Single Cell Proteomics, SCP) durchführen zu können. Gleichzeitig muss das System flexibel genug sein, um typische Proben, die im Routinebetrieb der Proteomics Core Facility anfallen, analysieren zu können. Diese umfassen eine große Bandbreite von Gesamtproteom-Analysen von Zellkultur- oder Gewebelysaten, immunopräzipierte Proben, Anreicherungen von posttranslationalen Modifikationen und Multiplexproben unter Nutzung von SILAC-oder TMT-Markierungen.
