Die Hertener Stadtwerke GmbH möchte für das Fernwärmenetz im Bereich des Mühlenviertels eine Wärmeübertragerstation errichten. Das Fernwärmenetz Mühlenviertel soll durch Wärmeübertrager versorgt werden. Die Primärseite der Wärmeübertrager wird durch eine Verbindungsleitung mit dem Heizwasser des Fernwärmenetzes der Uniper Wärme GmbH durchströmt. Gegenstand des Auftrags ist der Bau und die Inbetriebnahme der Anlagen- und EMSR-Technik für die Wärmeübertragerstation Mühlenviertel. Zur Versorgung des Mühlenviertels mit Fernwärme wird eine künftig durch die Hertener Stadtwerke GmbH betriebene Wärmeübergabestation (WÜ-Station) errichtet. Die Primärseite wird an das von Uniper betriebene Fernwärmenetz angeschlossen. Die Sekundärseite wird mit dem Wärmenetz Mühlenviertel verbunden. Mit dieser Ausschreibung wird die 1. Ausbaustufe ausgeschrieben, siehe hierzu nachstehende stichwortartige Beschreibung. In einer möglichen 2. Ausbaustufe, nicht Gegenstand dieses Verfahrens, wird zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt ggf. noch ein Zubau eines weiteren Wärmeübertragers, Wärmespeichers und einer Elektro-Strömungserhitzers erfolgen. Der hierfür notwendige Platz wird daher vorgehalten und die Schnittstellen werden berücksichtigt. Die WÜ-Station besteht im Wesentlichen aus folgenden Komponenten: - Zwei parallel eingebundene Plattenwärmeübertrager (WÜT) mit jeweils 3 MWth; - je WÜT eine Erzeugerpumpe (PWÜT) in der Konfiguration 1 x 100 %; - eine hydraulische Weiche, ausgestattet mit einem Wärmespeicher mit einem Volumen von 60 m³; - ein Dreiwegeventil im Rücklauf (RL) der Anlage zur Regelung der Vorlauftemperatur (VL-Temperatur); - drei Netzumwälzpumpen (NUP) in der Konfiguration 3 x 50 % zur Versorgung des Wärmenetzes Mühlenviertel; - eine im RL der Anlage eingebundene Druckhaltung für die WÜ-Station und das Wärmenetz; - eine im RL der Anlage eingebundene Entgasungseinrichtung; - diverse Aktorik, darunter mehrere Regelventile (RV) und Sicherheitsabsperrventile (SAV); - Heizwassersystem (Primär- und Sekundärseite); - Stahlbauarbeiten; - Stromversorgung; - Steuerungstechnik; - Messtechnik; - Wärmedämmung.
