Melktechnik LLG Iden Das Land Sachsen- Anhalt möchte für die LLG Iden (Landesanstalt für Landwirtschaft und Gartenbau Sachsen- Anhalt) die Überbetriebliche Ausbildungsstätte (im Folgenden „ÜBS“) modernisieren, um eine ankerkannte überbetriebliche Ausbildungsstätte mit Strahlkraft über die Landesgrenzen des Landes Sachsen-Anhalt hinaus mit Vorbildfunktion für die gesamte Landwirtschaft aufzubauen. Der Bereich der Milchvieh- und Rinderhaltung soll neu errichtet und damit der Grundstock für eine moderne und zukunftsorientierte Milchviehhaltung gelegt werden. Kernstück der Stall- Anlage ist der technologische Prozess der Milchgewinnung und die hierin eingebundene Melktechnologie. Die maximale Gruppenstärke der Ausbildungskurse im Lehrkabinett Milch beträgt 12 Azubis und 1 bis 2 Ausbilder. Vermittelt werden sollen das automatische und das konventionelle Melken. Zur praktischen Ausbildung gehören die Inhalte Euterkundigkeit, Vormelken, Ansetzen Melkzeug, Überwachung Melkvorgang, Prüfung Ausmelkgrad, Zitzenpflege und Melkplatzservice. Die manuellen Arbeitsgänge des konventionellen Milchentzugs müssen gut demonstrierbar und praktisch zu vermitteln sein. Im Bereich der automatisierten Milchgewinnung sollen technische Demonstrationen erfolgen, das Management und die Digitalisierung abgebildet werden. Dies setzt voraus, dass die Automatik für die Ausbildung außer Betrieb genommen werden kann. Melkablauf und Steuerung des Melkprozesses müssen erkennbar und nachvollziehbar sein. Der Transport der ermolkenen Milch vom Melkzeug bis in das Lager, die Milchkühlung und -lagerung bis zur Abholung, die Ableitung nicht verkehrsfähiger Milch, Funktion und Bedienung der Reinigungstechnik unter Gesichtspunkten der strengen gesetzlichen Rahmenbedingungen müssen gelehrt werden. Möglichst viele technische Komponenten sollen für deren Langlebigkeit, die Servicefreundlichkeit und den ruhigen Lehrbetrieb außerhalb des Melkstands verbaut sein. Die Arbeitssicherheit spielt bei der Praxisausbildung eine große Rolle. Vor- und Nachwartebereiche am Melkstand sowie Treibewege sollen über Spaltenboden und Güllekanäle entmistet werden.
