Maschinentechnik Nachklärbecken 2 Die Gemeinde Hüllhorst betreibt die Kläranlage Tengern, die in den 90er Jahren ausgebaut wurde. Dabei wurden Anlagenteile der alten Bestandskläranlage, wie z.B. die Tropfkörperanlage integriert. Die Kläranlage Tengern soll auf 17.000 Einwohnerwerte ausgebaut werden und mit einer zweiten Belebungsanlage mit aerober Schlammstabilisierung und Nachklärung ausgestattet werden. Die Ertüchtigung erfolgt in zwei Bauabschnitten. Diese Ausschreibung beinhaltet den Bauabschnitt 1. Die bestehende Tropfkörperanlage wird in einem nachfolgenden Bauabschnitt zurückgebaut. Zudem wird zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt ein neues Betriebsgebäude errichtet. Folgende Maßnahmen sind geplant: 1. Bauabschnitt (BA 1) - Teil dieser Ausschreibung 1.1 Neubau Sandlagerplatz: ca. 7,0 x 9,3 m 1.2 Neubau Belebungsbecken 2: 31,0 m Durchmesser, 5,0 m Tiefe 1.3 Neubau Nachklärbecken 2: 24,0 m Durchmesser, 3,9 m mittlere Wassertiefe 1.4 Neubau Gebläsestation: 12,6 m x 10,0 m in Massivbauweise (Mauerwerk, Metall-Wellprofil) 1.5 Neubau Rücklaufschlammpumpwerk 2: 4,3 x 4,6 x 2,75 m (LxBxH) 1.6 Neubau MID-Schacht Belebungsbecken 1: 4,35 x 2,75 x 2,95 m (LxBxH) 1.7 Neubau MID-Schacht Rücklaufschlamm 1: 4,1 x 2,2 x 2,8 m bzw. 4,05 m (LxBxH) Die Planung umfasst im Wesentlichen: Baustelleneinrichtung Nachklärbeckenräumer (Rundräumer mit gelkigen Bodenschild) Rohrleitungen aus Edelstahl 1.4571 DN 80 und DN 500 Schaltschrank VA-Räumerfahrbahn mit Begleitheizung Reinigungsanlage Schwimmschlammräumschild Überlauf- und Ablaufgerinne
