Description

Der Auftragnehmer hat im Rahmen der Bestellung eine vollständige und allen Erfordernissen entsprechende, funktionstüchtige, montage- und wartungsfreundliche Wasseraufbereitungsanlage nach dem aktuellen Stand der Technik zu planen, zu liefern und in Betrieb zu setzen. Die Wasseraufbereitungsanlage wird voll redundant aufgebaut. Sie besteht aus dem Teil Deionataufbereitung und dem Teil Kondensatreinigung. Die Deionataufbereitung wird für 30 m³/h (2 x 15 m³/h) und die Kondensatreinigung für 2 x 120 m³/h ausgelegt. Der Lieferumfang umfasst im Wesentlichen folgende Hauptkomponenten: • Flusswasseraufbereitung o Rohwasserbehälter o Automatikfilter o Ultrafiltrationsanlage o UF-Filtratbehälter • Vollentsalzungsanlage o Kationenaustauscherstufe o Riesler o Anionenaustauscherstufe o ggf. Deionatzwischenbehälter o Ultraviolettlichtbehandlung o Mischbettaustauscherstufe o Deionatbehälter o Rückspülbehälter für je Kationenaustauscher und Anionenaustauscher • Kondensatreinigung o Automatischer Rückspülfilter o Mischbettaustauscherstufe • Nebenanlagen o Chemikalienlagertanks für Salzsäure und Natronlauge o Dosierbehälter für Salzsäure und Natronlauge o Dosierpumpen/-leitungen zum Neutralisationsbecken o ggf. Drucklufterzeugungsstation/-aufbereitung für ISO 8573-1 Klasse 1
