Die Universität der Künste Berlin (UdK) schreibt die Nutzung/Bereitstellung (Miete) neuer multifunktionaler Druck-, Scan- und Kopiertechnik aus. Zusätzlich beinhaltet die Ausschreibung die erforderlichen Services und Verbrauchsmaterialien. Der Ausschreibungsumfang beinhaltet 106 Arbeitsplatzdrucker A4 S/W Tischversion, 82 Multifunktionsgeräte A4 Farbe Tischversion, 26 Multifunktionsgeräte A3 Farbe (Standversion) und 21 Multifunktionsgeräte A3 S/W (Standversion) für diverse Standorte Universität der Künste in Berlin. Das monatliche A4 Druckvolumen beträgt 191.710 S/W Seiten und 35.050 Farbseiten für alle Gerätetypen. Die zu implementierende Lösung muss in die derzeitige Systemlandschaft der UdK integrierbar sein. Der Ist-Zustand sowie die Voraussetzungen sind der Position 4 des Leistungsverzeichnis (Anlage „Teil_B_Leistungsverzeichnis“) zu entnehmen.
