Description

Im Rahmen einer geförderten Investitionsmaßnahme wurde eine reaktivgastaugliche Ionenstrahlanlage (RIBF1000) beschafft. Bei der Anlage handelt es sich um eine kundenspezifische Sonderanfertigung zur Bearbeitung großformatiger optischer Substrate. Im Zuge der konstruktiven Ausarbeitung wurde festgestellt, dass für den bestimmungsgemäßen Betrieb ein speziell angepasstes Substrathandlersystem erforderlich ist, dass jetzt zu beschaffen ist. Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist die Entwicklung, Konstruktion und Lieferung eines Substrathandlersystems zur reproduzierbaren Beladung und Entladung der Ionenstrahlanlage RIBF1000. Der Substrathandler stellt eine funktionale Erweiterung der Anlage dar und dient der sicheren Handhabung großformatiger optischer Substrate einschließlich Substratträger (Carrier).
