Description

Lieferung eines 1,5 Tesla MRT-Systems gemäß EN 60601-2-33. Zur Sicherstellung der normgerechten und klinisch etablierten Systemklasse. - Der Leistungsumfang umfasst Lieferung, Einbringung, Installation, Inbetriebnahme, Anwenderschulung sowie technische Abnahme des Systems. Die Bewertung erfolgt gemäß folgenden Kriterien: 1. Technische Mindestanforderungen (A-Kriterien) - 1,5 Tesla MRT gemäß EN 60601-2-33 - Magnet mit Heliumfüllung < 10 Liter, kein Quenchrohr - Gradienten ? 76 mT/m, Slewrate ? 346 T/m/s - ? 48 Empfangskanäle - DICOM-Schnittstellen vollständig vorhanden 2. Bewertungssystem (B-Kriterien) Die Bewertung erfolgt nach Punktesystem: - Beste Ausprägung: 20 Punkte - Mittlere Ausprägung: 10 Punkte - Nicht erfüllt / schlechteste Ausprägung: 0 Punkte 3. Beispielhafte Bewertungskriterien - Tunnellänge ? 170 cm: 20 Punkte - Tunnellänge < 175 cm: 10 Punkte - Tunnellänge ? 175 cm: 0 Punkte - Gleichzeitige Gradientenleistung: ja = 20 Punkte, nein = 0 Punkte Die Zuschlagskriterien werden wie folgt gewertet: - Erfüllungsgrad gemäß LV 60 %: o gesammelte Punkte durch die Bewertungskriterien des LVs. - Preis 40 %, aufgeteilt in: o 10 % Preis für kompaktes, hochauflösendes Kernspintomographie-System der Leistungsklasse 1,5 Tesla gemäß EN 60601-2-33 insgesamt (inkl. Zubehör, Lieferung, Einbringung, Installation und Inbetriebnahme) o 20 % Preis für Full-Service-Wartungsvertrag (inkl. Reparatur, alle Ersatzteile und alle Spezialteile inkl. Magnetabsicherung und Injektor) für insgesamt 8 Jahre inkl. Gewährleistungszeit und o 10 % Umstellungskosten/Kosten durch den Umstellungsaufwand. Näheres ist dem Leistungsverzeichnis zu entnehmen.
