Die Thüringer Staatslotterie AöR als Auftraggeber beabsichtigt die Beschaffung neuer Spielterminals mittels Ausschreibung an einen Auftragnehmer (nachfolgend Bewerber, Bieter oder AN genannt) neu zu vergeben. Die TSL plant die Ausschreibung der folgenden Leistungen: -Kauf von ca. 680 Spielterminals für ihre Annahmestellen (AST), davon werden ca. 50 als Reserve, zur Schulungszwecken und als Testinstallationen (CAT- customer ac-ceptance test) benötigt -Kauf von Terminalsoftware -Nutzung Terminal-Management-System für max. 11 Jahre -Full Service für Hardware, Software und Softwarepflege für max. 11 Jahre Der AG wird die Spielterminals und die Terminalsoftware käuflich erwerben. Darüber hinaus ist der Full Service (für max. 11 Jahre) Ausschreibungsgegenstand. Die Thüringer Staatslotterie AöR als Auftraggeber (nachfolgend TSL oder AG genannt), beabsichtigt die Beschaffung neuer Lotterieterminals mittels Ausschreibung an einen Auftragnehmer (nachfolgend Bieter oder AN genannt) neu zu vergeben. Die TSL plant die Neuausschreibung von -680 Lotterieterminals für ihre Annahmestellen (AST) (Davon werden ca. 50 als Re-serve, zu Schulungszwecken und als Testinstallationen (CAT- customer acceptance test) benötigt.) -Terminalsoftware -Terminal-Management-System (TMS) -Managed Service für Hardware, Software und Softwarepflege Der AG wird die Lotterieterminals und die Terminalsoftware käuflich erwerben verbunden mit dem Ziel, diese mindestens 7 Jahre zuzüglich 2 x 2 Jahre (Verlängerungsoption) zu betreiben. Der AN hält für die Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten entsprechende Ersatzteile zum Tausch von bspw. Display, Zentraleinheiten oder Drucker bereit. Diese sind nicht Be-standteil der 680 zu beschaffenden Terminals. Darüber hinaus ist der Managed Service Ausschreibungsgegenstand.
