Rahmenvertrag zur Beschaffung von maximal 98 Druck- und 55 Multifunktionssystemen zur zeitlich begrenzten Überlassung (Miete) und dazugehörige Dienstleistungen Gegenstand und Ziel der Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrags zur Beschaffung von maximal 98 Druck- und 55 Multifunktionssystemen zur zeitlich begrenzten Überlassung (Miete) und dazugehörige Dienstleistungen zur Lieferung, Aufstellung und Inbetriebnahme sowie zur weiteren Versorgung von Verbrauchsmaterial aus einer Hand mit einer festen Laufzeit von 60 Monaten. Die durch die Abrufe geschlossenen Einzelverträge enden unabhängig des Zeitpunks des Abruf jeweils mit dem Ende des Rahmenvertrags. Die Laufzeit der Einzelverträge beginnt mit der Auslieferung. Es wird davon ausgegangen, dass ein Großteil der Mindestvolumina zu Beginn der Vertragslaufzeit abgerufen wird.
