Für die schädigungsarme Lasermikrobearbeitung, Laserpolitur und Oberflächenfunktionalisierung von temperarturempfindlichen Materialien, insbesondere Polymeren wird ein Hochleistungs-Femtosekundenlaser mit hoher Pulsenergie und der Fähigkeit zur gesteuerten Emission von Pulspaketen mit Frequenzen im MHz- und GHz-Bereich sowie ein Modul für die direkte Laser-Interferenz-Strukturierung benötigt.
