Das Bezirksamt Hamburg-Mitte entwickelt als Schlüsselprojekt der RISE-Gebietsentwicklung Billstedt/Horn das ehemalige Jugend-Europahaus als neues “Haus im Blohms Park” mit Angeboten zur Gesundheitsvorsorge, einem kleinen Park-Café und Angeboten für unterstützungsbedürftige junge Menschen. Im westlichen Gebäudeteil wird außerdem das “Haus für Geburt und Gesundheit” seinen Platz finden. Das Bestandsgebäude wird durch Teilabriss, Um- und Teilneubau ertüchtigt und in einen zeitgemäßen baulichen Zustand versetzt. Ab Oktober 2027 starten Landschaftsbauarbeiten im Außenbereich und ab Februar 2027 beginnt der Teilabbruch des Bestandsgebäudes. Die Fertigstellung des neuen “Haus im Blohms Park” ist für das 2. Halbjahr 2028 geplant. Wesentliche Arbeiten: Abbrucharbeiten von Wegebelägen, Einbauten/ Mobiliar/ 300 m3 Oberbodenarbeiten für die Herstellung der Wegekoffer und Topografie/ 400 t Lieferung/ Einbau Füllsand/ 140 m RW-Leitung DN 110-160/ 130 m SW-Leitungen DN 100/ 5 Stck.Schächte DN400/ Straßenabläufe, Entwässerungsrinnen für die Oberflächen- u. Fassadenentwässerung/ 780 m2 Betonsteinpflaster dunkelbraun, Klimastein/ 16 m Sitzblöcke aus Betonwerkstein/ Beeteinfassungen aus Cortenstahl und Stahl walzblank/ 110 m Doppelstabmattenzaun/ 1.500 m2 Gehölz- und Staudenpflanzung/ 200 m2 Rasenanlage/ Ausstattung, u. a. Bänke aus Cortenstahl/ Außenbeleuchtung/ Holzbauarbeiten für einen Karrenunterstand/ Pflegearbeiten für 3 Jahre
