Description

Landschaftsbauarbeiten Der Rheingau-Taunus-Kreis plant die Erweiterung der Theißtalschule für den Ganztagsbetrieb durch eine Mensa und Räume für die Betreuung der Kinder. Im hierfür entstehenden Neubau wird des Weiteren durch die Gemeinde Niedernhausen eine Bibliothek eingerichtet. Am Standort des Neubaus wurde eine alte Turnhalle und ein WC-Gebäude abgerissen, der Neubau ist in der Entstehung. Der Rohbau ist abgeschlossen, Fassaden, Dach und Fenster sind weitgehend fertig. Im Zuge der Rohbauarbeiten wurden bereits die Grundleitungen verlegt, auf der Nordseite eine radiale, gebäudenahe Mauer errichtet und der Bauraum weitgehend verfüllt. Zum Schutz des zu erhaltenden Baumbestandes wurde ein kleiner Bereich auf der Südostseite mit hölzernem Baumschutzzaun errichtet. Dieser muss zum Schutz der Bäume, so lange wie für die Herstellung der Außenanlage in diesen Bereich notwendig, erhalten bleiben und wird im Zuge der landschaftsgärtnerischen Arbeiten rückgebaut. Die Außenanlagen gliedern sich in vier Teilbereiche: 1. Fahrradfläche nördlich der Feuerwehrzufahrt 2. Nordseite: Haupteingang des Neubaus, Zugang zur Küche und tieferliegendem Gartenbereich für Lehrer 3. Ostseite: Eingang zur Bibliothek, Zufahrt und Parkplatz 4. Süd- und Westseite: Spielfläche, Schulhoffläche und Wirtschaftshof Geplant ist, mit dem 1. Teilbereich zu beginnen.
